Do your hands and/or feet ache after a long day? Well I can relate. Being a massage therapist my hands sometimes get a beating and then my feet sometimes ache after standing all day long. When I come home I want relief fast. This is what I do:

Sarah Gaudette graduated from Johnson State College in Vermont with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. Afterward, she worked as a Counselor for a Mental Health Agency. Sarah went on to graduate from Florida College of Natural Health in Orlando, Florida where she received her diploma in Therapeutic Massage. Other Degrees - Sarah is Nationally certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork and a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association. Trained in 1st and 2nd degree Reiki at the International Center for Reiki Training as well as Hot Stone Massage and Prenatal Therapy.
